Personal Statement
The most important work we do is fostering a love for music through choral singing. The time we spend in the classroom, on the stage, or in the sanctuary creates lasting relationships.

We conduct singers of all ages and ability levels. Some choirs are highly skilled, while others are developing. Though our choirs are different, our journey as directors is the same. ACDA gives us the opportunity to share this journey with our colleagues.

It is essential that we continue to provide members with relevant and meaningful events that bring people together and strengthen our community.

In order to realize ACDA’s mission to “inspire excellence in choral music,” we must first build true and genuine relationships that inspire excellence in each other. Let’s work together to continue elevating Oregon’s tradition of excellent choral music.
